Super fast diagnosis and replacement of water pump same day, highly recommend!

After being told two different possibilities of something wrong with my battery or alternator I called Auto Spec. They said I could come right over and both the battery and alternator were checked while I waited. Nothing was found to be a problem with either. I appreciate their honesty and helpfulness. This is not the first time they have given outstanding service. When my car instantly showed signs of a problem with the rear brakes they allowed me to bring it in immediately and had it repaired the same day. I am grateful to have such an amazing group to work on my car!

I was a bit disappointed. The oil change was fine, but I could have done that myself or taken it anywhere. I was looking for advice/recommendations for a new-to-me Miata and AutoSpec are the experts. The “inspection” simply resulted in a recommendation to get new wiper blades. I was left wondering if I should replace my 11 year old radiator reservoir - I guess I’ll recheck for advice on the internet.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. My sister, niece and nephew all used them and told me they were really good and just as important, honest. So I drove up from South Austin to use them when my car was doing pretty bad. They did not disappoint! Went truly above and beyond what needed to be done. I had to remind myself this was the same car I dropped off, I mean it was that good.
