I came to you guys a few years ago from a referral from Mary Walker, my dear friend. She’s gained her wings, and she’s soaring. I can’t begin to say how grateful I am to the guys at the Auto Specialist Ray and Mike are just two down-the-earth guys. I have received so many blessings just from coming to Auto Specialist and the way the guys treat you. Also, I got a ride home from the Gentlemen that take people home and he was so pleasant. That was a very difficult morning for me, I was trying to figure out how am I going to rob Peter to pay Paul to pay for my car. 😢 But his conversations and dropping everyone else off before me, allowed me to just relax. 😊 This company is very honest and trustworthy and I will continue to bring my vehicle to auto specs and Round Rock, Texas. I came to Auto Specialiats for a 2nd opinion. Their diagnosis was the same and their price was virtually identical. The job was done right. The big plus was the warranty- 2 years or 24K miles.

Staff was friendly. Assessment was thorough. We went on for an oil leak and it was a minor situation. They reported that and charged us only for the minor problem instead of trying to add more on. Great experience.
