He was patient, clear about costs, needed parts, and set clear timeline expectations. Excellent communication and they even have a shuttle that picked me up when my car was ready. After being told two different possibilities of something wrong with my battery or alternator I called Auto Spec. They said I could come right over and both the battery and alternator were checked while I waited. Nothing was found to be a problem with either. I appreciate their honesty and helpfulness. This is not the first time they have given outstanding service. When my car instantly showed signs of a problem with the rear brakes they allowed me to bring it in immediately and had it repaired the same day. I am grateful to have such an amazing group to work on my car!
