As a female walking into an automotive repair shop is very intimidating and nerve wracking. I can honestly say, this place of business is top tier, specifically Mike. I was offered a ride home and then picked up once my car was ready. As long as I live in Austin I will only take my vehicle to Auto Spec for maintenance. They are professional, honest, empathetic and trustworthy. Give them a chance for your auto repair needs. Trust when I say, you won’t be disappointed.

The crew did the usual outstanding performance on additional items added to my existing appointment. They turned the car around quickly with professional results and seemed to not mind the additional work. Thanks to Mike and the shop crew!

My clutch gave out and my friend recommended this shop. They were awesome! Mike explained what was wrong, what my options were and answered all my questions. He was patient, clear about costs, needed parts, and set clear timeline expectations. Excellent communication and they even have a shuttle that picked me up when my car was ready. They were friendly and professional but most important, I walked out of there trusting them. I highly recommend them!

Auto Spec has become mine and my families trusted/ go to mechanic. Mike is always helpful, professional, and responsive. As a woman in her 20's it can be hard to trust that a mechanic is not trying to get one over on you, but in the two years that Auto Spec has been servicing me their pricing and repairs have always been fair, accurate and done right!
