Nicest people here! I was just passing through the area and had a problem with my windshield wipers not going off. I purchased the part needed separately because I knew there would be a delay if I went to any shop and they had to order the specific part. They had no problem with putting in the part for me. Quick and efficient! And the nicest waiting room I have ever seen in an automotive repair area! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used John Long's Automotive (Georgetown) about every ~2-years since they opened when I don't have time to perform a task myself. I have always been happy with their service. Today I had to deal with them for a warranty item that was not resolved directly by them due to I was 200 miles away. When I told them of the issue and the situation why I could not take it back to them they stepped up and resolved it (financially) to my complete satisfaction. This is how a business builds relationships as opposed to being a transactional business. Glad I started using them many years ago. This incident only re-enforced my continued use of them in the future. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Battery

Came in early for my state inspection appointment and they fit me in early! Customer service was great and very professional. I would highly recommend this establishment.
