Had unusual situation with old car needing extensive work. Beth and John went above and beyond to help and found a perfect solution. This is my go-to place for anything to do with my cars.

AutoSpec was amazing to my family and my car. My husband, daughter and I were in Georgetown at the dentist and on the way back home our serpentine belt broke. By God's blessing we were less then a mile from AutoSpec's. We limped into their parking lot and Jim got us in and our belt fixed within a couple hours so we could be on our way back home to Kempner. Thank you AutoSpec's. We are very grateful for your help and service.

Went for vehicle inspection. Very fast since they only do them by appointment. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

This business was highly recommended to me from someone who had been getting service here for over 11 years, and after my experience, will never be back. Long story short, there was zero communication and no professionalism nor did they stand by what they say. Absolutely no concern for letting the customer know what is going on unless you call them. Also, I am randomly missing a piece of the trunk liner now (they claim they did not touch it, but I don’t know how it disappeared). Thankfully, when they broke two other pieces of my interior liner, they replaced at no cost to me (as you should). That however is the only positive thing that happened, minus having to wait a weekend for the part to ship and have it replaced. After being highly recommended and seeing so many positive reviews, I am extremely disappointed in my experience and won’t be back.

This shop helped me in a major time of need. I was stranded in Georgetown (I live in marble falls) with an overheating car and didn't have an appointment but need help quick. Long story short: even though they were busy, they helped me. I was very overwhelmed, the lovely receptionist Beth was so helpful. I needed a ride down the road, they have a shuttle for customers. I was freezing because my heater didn't work, they have coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I was expecting them to call around 2, they did! When I got my car back, it was running better than ever and still is. I appreciate y'all's help more than I can explain. Thank you so much!!!

I needed a State inspection, made an appointment, and I was in and out in 25 mins!!! The place is really nice, with a great waiting area, complete with coffee, and extremely clean. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They are fantastic! BETH ECKER is so nice and friendly! The same can be said for the entire staff! They do great work at a reasonable price! And, they complete work in a timely manner. The have a very nice reception area with coffee and comfortable seating. I highly recommend Auto-Spec of Georgetown! As an update, Jonathan Samford checked out my electrical system as it pertains to my battery assuring me that everything is A-OK. Go to Auto-Spec Georgetown! Update on 8/9/2019: My A/C did t work and it was 120 degrees in my car! Jonathan Samford fixed my car in no time and at a fair price with new freon and I can drive my car in comfort now! Kudos to Jonathan and Automotive Specialist - GEORGETOWN!
