Nicest people here! I was just passing through the area and had a problem with my windshield wipers not going off. I purchased the part needed separately because I knew there would be a delay if I went to any shop and they had to order the specific part. They had no problem with putting in the part for me. Quick and efficient! And the nicest waiting room I have ever seen in an automotive repair area! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used John Long's Automotive (Georgetown) about every ~2-years since they opened when I don't have time to perform a task myself. I have always been happy with their service. Today I had to deal with them for a warranty item that was not resolved directly by them due to I was 200 miles away. When I told them of the issue and the situation why I could not take it back to them they stepped up and resolved it (financially) to my complete satisfaction. This is how a business builds relationships as opposed to being a transactional business. Glad I started using them many years ago. This incident only re-enforced my continued use of them in the future. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Battery

Came in early for my state inspection appointment and they fit me in early! Customer service was great and very professional. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I have been going to these guys for 4 years. I have had nothing but good experiences. A year ago I took my 2015 Kia in for an oil leak just behind engine. HONEST John, called me back after looking at it. Told me they could fix it but said I should look at the warranty as he thought it may still be under warranty. I did some research and found out it was indeed under warranty. I called Kia dealer and their customer support tried telling me it was not under warranty, after insisting it was, he went to his manager and found out it was under warranty. John saved us over 1200 dollars. They are not the cheapest. They are not the fastest. But they are the best. I look forward to being a life long customer! You can not buy integrity and honesty. I took my older Toyota in for a range of small issues and a thorough once-over to hopefully keep it going another 20 years or so. AutoSpec was recommended and I took it in with the understanding that it may take a while to get some parts and troubleshoot some issues. They kept me updated and sure enough, a few parts took a while and took more than one order to get the correct part, but this car is an extra so the wait didn't worry me. They fixed all the issues I asked them to and a couple I didn't notice. Also offered a few good tips on things I can do to keep it going even longer. Great service people and mechanics.
