I'm pleased with the quality of service I received at Auto Spec. Although they were very busy and couldn't get to my car the day I brought it in, they did get to it the day they told me they would. They quickly diagnosed the problem, consulted with me to explain everything, then made the repairs. It's also nice that they have a courtesy driver who drove me home when I dropped off my car and picked me up to get my car after it was repaired. Every employee I dealt with was responsive and courteous.

1 hr 45 min for oil change seems a little bit long. Asked for a oil change and fuel filter all that was done was oil change,
