Reserved an appointment for an oil change, my first time there for my personal car. I arrived a bit early due to my schedule changing, and they were able to accommodate. It was a seamless oil change on my Mini Cooper, and they were quick, very professional and reasonable with their pricing. Will return. 🚙

All dashboard lights came on and engine started to idle, not accelerate properly seemed like a transmission problem. Got it inspected and they were able to figure out problem and fixed it. Couple of months later it happened again and they have looked into it and fixed it without charging anything. appreciate their customer service.

I am new to Texas and didn’t know who to go to when my check engine light came on. I walked into auto spec and met Weston on a Monday morning. He immediately put my mind at ease and said no worries that they would look into the issue call me with the diagnostic and give me an estimate of how much it was going to cost, which was so important right before the Christmas holiday. Weston made me feel comfortable in a new state in a new area with no mechanic that I knew. He called me by the end of that day to let me know what was going on and offered me different options to fix the issue. He was up front and transparent but still allowed me to make the final decision. Once I decided what to do, I was concerned that I would not get the car back before Christmas because of the holiday however, to my surprise, Weston called me within 24 hours after dropping the car off and said that the entire thing was complete. I am so grateful for that experience and will be sure that any other services I need on my car I will go to auto spec and see Weston and crew!! #autospec #gobirds #philly #eagles
