Although your service was professional, I take exception to the amount of money that you charge. When your service is accommodating the majority of customers which are seniors, I think that your prices are a little steep . Your labor for flushing, the radiator and the transmission fluid seems a little outrageous . I haven’t been at your facility for a long time because you have a reputation to overcharging, I don’t foresee myself as being there anytime soon

We have worked hard to keep our pricing as low as possible and still function as a business while bringing exceptional value to our customers. Unfortunately, as with everyone else in todays economic environment we have had to make slight adjustments to our rates. We are still charge well below most shops in our segment while keeping the same family values and superb customer service we have always been known for.
