Efficient, professional, and kind service. We've had several problems fixed across multiple vehicles since moving here and they've done high quality work with a great attitude. We've asked them for advice on problems and they've given us straight, solid advice, even when it meant losing money. We've been really happy with these guys!

Great honest place that has felt trustworthy so far. The owner even gave me a ride home when the ride driver was out. Would be a five star if they had machines to service bigger rims and tires, as I have to go to other places to get my tiered rotated and balanced.

When our car broke down several years ago, the person towing our car to John Long's described them saying, "They're great at what they do - but more importantly, they're good people!" I couldn't agree more! They are our go-to automotive service shop. They have fair prices and are very communicative about the whole process. We're customers for life!

I purchased the part needed separately because I knew there would be a delay if I went to any shop and they had to order the specific part. They had no problem with putting in the part for me. First time bringing my truck here and I originally brought it in because my engine would stall with the ac on in park and drive. Ten minutes after dropping it off they crash it on a test drive. Then Mike calls me three hours later to let me know saying he had good news and bad news. I'm 17 and my parents used to go here all the time. Not a very good situation to be in already and I'm just really disappointed on how they handled it, losing two headlight bolts, new bumper doesn't sit level, scratched the newly painted piece when putting the headlights back in. Terrible place to go to and Mike seemed so unphased by my truck wrecked, tried to make it seem normal it took 3 hours to call to let me know, who knows what they were doing in that time.
