John and crew are competent. do good work, fixed stuff that others gave up on, and maintained the safety of our vehicles--especially the ancient ones. They finished stuff when promised. The tab has never been a shock, and sometimes they have come in under estimates. In short, they are professionals. You won't want to go anywhere else.

I love that I don’t have to hate bringing my car in for service anymore! These guys are always fantastic at getting me an appointment when needed or working me in if necessary. Work is done quickly and well. I have never been pushed to do more work than I had intended.

I primarily work with Mike at Automotive Specialist. He consistently does a great job of clearly communicating work that needs to be done on my truck and is up front with all of the costs associated with each repair. Mike and Ray will pull codes anytime I'm having issues and are easy to reach. I highly recommend!

Honest and Reliable for all your auto maintenance and repairs. Automotive Specialist has been our go to mechanic and car service center since 2009! The shop features a full service bays for big and small jobs, as well as local and specialty cars. Ray and Mike are always courteous and honest about parts and prices and auto advice. They also offer a courtesy driver to get you back to work or home while they work if needed. Now, I take my new Hyundai to them for maintenance and warranty work too. Less wait time than taking it to the dealer for just a filter and oil change, tire rotation, or inspection.

This is the only place I take my car for service, and have for the past 3 years. It was recommended to us by a friend who works on classic cars as a hobby, so we trusted his judgment! They are friendly, honest, and skilled. I've never had an issue with the sevice, and they offer payment plans if needed, which has been helpful for us. Cannot say enough positive things about them, definitely reccomend!

(John&Corky's) Automotive Specialist in Round Rock has been my go to for at least a decade. I completely trust them. They always execute the repair work perfectly, in good time, and with a smile. Often, they do little extra things too. (I like to think it's bc I'm a favorite customer. I know better, but it works. LOL.) As long as they're around, I'm never going anywhere else.

Been taking our cars here for years. Ray is great. Never tells us we need stuff we don't and fixes what breaks. Love that they do inspections also.
