I will never go anywhere else after going to autospec. Mike was awesome. he had my vehicle all day trying to find a rattling noise, probably doing what he could have charged over 150 bucks for. He kept me updated and called me frequently. The shuttle driver was amazingly nice and friendly. And the other man who was there as well I believe his name was Raul? I have never let anyone do work on my 350z but Mike will be the only person to ever work on it if need be. They treated me like family and I couldn't ask for a better customer experience.

I moved to Round Rock across country from Pennsylvania last year and one thing I was really concerned about was finding a good auto mechanic. My brother is a certified mechanic and always worked on the family vehicles. I never thought I'd be able to find a place I could trust as much as someone in my own family, but Auto-Spec is it. These guys are awesome and definitely well worth all of the great reviews they have on here. I've been here several times with two different vehicles and the customer service here is always top notch (and I have over 20 years of customer experience myself). I've always dealt with Mike who is a great guy and thoroughly explains everything and goes over all the options. He's very knowledgable and isn't condescending or doesn't talk over your head. You can tell that the owners definitely know how to run business as the place has a great atmosphere and the employees are always joking around and having a good time. They do offer a shuttle service if you need a ride back to your place that I've used once and the driver was accommodating and very friendly. I couldn't recommend this place enough and I can't imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else. Definitely give them a shot.

Stopped in for an oil/filter change. Service was friendly and timely. Yelp had a $15 coupon which bought my cost down to $28 no complaints here.

I've taken cars here in on two seperate occasions and both times, I left satisfied. The first for a 60k check-up and the second because of grinding brakes. Prices were fair and they called each time to discuss pricing and options to address the issues. Additionally, repairs were done in 1 day and I had the estimate before 8am after dropping the car off the night before. I would recommend them and will be going back should the need arise.

So, found Automative Specialist on yelp and they have not disappointed. Have taken two vehicles and have been extremely please with the services performed, the costs, the speed of work and customer service. Taking my Venza in tomorrow for it's 40K service and fully expect to be pleased again.

Went here based on the yelp reviews and close to my location. Have to say that I'm pleasantly pleased with the service I received; honest assessment without trying to con me out of what I really needed. Five stars for the best customer service I've received, fast, friendly, affordable, and honest. Also, that $15 off Yelp coupon wasn't bad either!

$15.00 coupon was great, but waiting for 2 hours for an oil change, not so great. I believe only one guy was doing oil changes that day?

I took my car into another shop in the area because had a check engine light on. That shop came back with a huge list of things they said we had to fix to get the light off. The list totaled over three thousand dollars! I called Mike at the Round Rock Auto Spec and he told me to bring my car into them. I am SO glad that we did. Low and behold, here at Auto Spec they were able to fix the problem for only $207! I'd say that's a pretty huge difference in price. Wow! They let me know that the other items the other shop was trying to tag on were all fluff items. Some of them were good to do, but certainly not necessary at this exact moment. We're just about to buy a house here, and we're new to the area. I am really grateful that this shop was so honest with us. We will be customers for life.

My wife takes our 4Runner here and they are always on point. Best customer service of any repair shop we've been to. They are knowledgeable and always explain what they diagnosis so we understand what is going on. I know when they fix something it's done right the first time. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. They even have a shuttle service available which is convenient for my wife. She can drop off our vehicle in the morning and they will take her to work. Never had a bad experience with these guys. We go to the location in Round Rock but I'm sure Georgetown is just as great!

These guys are the best! I've been taking my POS Mazda here for a couple years and they are always fast, friendly, and honest. I don't care if I have to pay extra to have my vehicle towed further than my insurance will cover, I refuse to take it elsewhere. Mike is always straight forward with me and does not bullshit. Often times I pay less than what I am originally quoted! Best shop in the Austin area hands down.
