I had to make an appointment several weeks out. But when I got there, they took me immediately. Service was fast and efficient. I was inspected and back on the road in about 20 minutes.

Great folks. Been using them since they opened years ago!! They will go above and beyond and have for me more than once!!

Have taken my vehicles there for oil changes for several years and, until last oil change, all was fine. Major issue with last oil change but I won’t rate them low over this one problem. Waiting to see if issue continues!

only here for the state inspection. really appreciate that the reservation time was respected. despite being busy, i was in and out quickly.

Friendly people who don't know what they doing. We brought our vehicle in to have our A/C fixed, they said it was the evaporator they replaced it and charged a boatload for doing it. It was dead again in under 6 months. We took it back, this time it was a Schrader valve and more money. It failed in less than a day. Back again and now it was everything else compressor, condenser, lines, ect and no promises. We were done with the incompetent guessing and took it another shop the next day, it was the high pressure line, cheap and done in a day plus best of all icy cold ever since. The guys at Auto-Spec were useless and a waste of time and money. It is clear they had no idea how to even diagnose the problem let alone fix it and never should have said they could. P. S. - Regarding the response, yes I have the right shop. It's called a "user name". I do question the claim that he can't find the work order, how many badly botched A/C repairs do they have? Also they had three tries to make it right, and only made it worse. Someone else already made it right on their first try. I do not question the sincerity but the mechanics just were not up to the work.

I have been taking all our vehicles to Auto-Spec for over six years. There’s a reason for that. Auto-Spec consistently does maintenance or repairs correctly and at a fair price. On more than one occasion A-S has addressed a concern I had about my vehicle and determined it did not need attention at that time. Who does that? They also provide transportation home if needed. Bottom line, I only need one shop to take care of our vehicles and that place is Auto-Spec.

Called to get an AC fix, talked to first guy who was awesome! Told me to email him the diagnosis I got from Firestone and that he’s get back to me,sometime passes and I never heard back so I called, took down my info said they’d call back… never got a call back.. a few days later (now maybe a little over two weeks later) I called again, talked to a third guy who I just finally said”hey I just really need a quote asap” he said he would get all the part prices together and shoot me a call.. that was august 1st. And today is the 15th..no call back and I get a text today that I should leave a review for choosing them:/ so so bummed. driving it in this heat has sucked and we wanted to support a small business.. we have decided to go else where as I can’t just wait around in this sauna any longer lol

They were so helpful in getting my car in for an emissions test! Very flexible with scheduling.

Love these guys. Fast, friendly and most importantly I trust their work! I have price checked them against dealer service and they are always better.
