Always knowledgeable and professional. Took my car in for inspection after an accident and they were very kind about the inspection and recommended I not even use their shop. I have used their shop for my oil changes for a few years and no issues ever!

I called the day before, next day brought my car in the morning. My car was finished by the end of the day. Theses guys are fast, accurate, and the price was very reasonable! 6 stars!

Took it in for what I thought may be a major differential or transmission problem. It was an intermittent problem, after a test drive with the mechanic and the car not making the noise he said they would check it further and do some test. It happened to be a very minor problem and I appreciate how honest this shop is. This is the second time bringing one of our cars here and am completely satisfied with their service and honesty!!

These guys are terrific! I arrived at 7:15 am before they opened, prepared to wait all day, to get my transmission checked for oil leaks. A neighbor had told me my car was leaking oil or something, when it parked there. Another friend recommended Auto Spec, so I went over the next day— and canceled our trip out of town. Auto Spec not only looked at my car right away— they gave me a Courtesy Car ride home right away! And they called me about 10 am, stating that my car was done. They checked it all over, and drove it, letting me know that there was nothing wrong with my car— and no charge! What a great bunch of people! I took over some home-baked Chocolate Chip cookies as a Thank you! Thank you, Auto Spec of Georgetown, TX! Bev F.
