Georgetown & Round Rock Auto Repair

Came in for an oil change and emissions inspection. There was a glitch with scheduling and even though I was also scheduled for an oils change and 30 point inspection, only the emissions test was performed. When I realized this part was not completed I called and was worked in the next day to complete. because of the glitch they did not charge me for the additional services. Thank you auto spec, for being humans and so gracious. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and their work.

I have been an Auto Spec customer for over six years. I have found Auto Spec to be consistently accurate on any and all repairs, even waiving off what they considered to be unnecessary. Who does that? We have three cars and all are maintained by Auto Spec. They are good people who stand behind their work.

Arrived a few minutes early. Was taken in immediately and the inspection was done promptly. Very professional. Very nice clean waiting room. Coffees, tea and hot chocolate were available. Will be back if and when I need service.
