Plain and simple, you as the vehicle owner decide on what repairs you need or have to get fixed. You are told the actual cause and the price. I like Auto because you are giving the option to decide what you can have done and still have the option to say "no" w/o feeling guilty. Point is, do you want a shop that listens and fixes your immediate issues when you can't or have the time? You know my answer...

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been taking my pickup here for a few years now. They offer a shuttle ride back your home as well.

They are always helpful and friendly; and go out of their way to help me save money without compromising the quality of the repairs or replacements.

It is so difficult to find a mechanic you can trust. Several years ago another shop said I needed an expensive repair, went to Auto-Spec after a friend recommended them and they said it was a simple fix. After a couple of experiences like that I will not take my Mazda or Mercedes anywhere else now! Prices are fair, they are always honest and a 24month/24K mile warranty that they will truly stand behind. These guys are great.

I´m very satisfied on the service they performed on my vehicle. I had extensive engine repairs done and a brake job as well. Its been almost a year and my car keeps going strong. The guys are professional and helpful. The diagnostics and pricing is fair too. Would recommend to friends.
