Auto work is great. Long lead times for the state inspection. This trip, although I made an appointment nearly a month in advance, they lost the record of it. They did, however honor it ONLY after I showed them the text message reminder from them .

We did recently install new scheduling software and had some bump at first, we have it working now and should make it easier next time. I'm happy we were able to get you car serviced. thank you for taking the time to review us

I had an appt for an inspection. Clint got me in and out quickly. As I was heading out I realized I had a flat tire. Edward got it patched up and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely excellent customer service!

They are honest. They do good work. They explain things well. The only problem is you drop your car off and they might keep it for a few days until they get to it. I wish they had some sort if appointment system. Like "bring it in Tuesday at 8"
