My experience was excellent. They took the time to explain what was needed and when (brakes didn’t need pads replaced at this time but will in a few months). Also educated me on what type of rotors I needed since I drive a lifted Jeep with larger tires/rims and my Jeep has stock equipment. They provided transportation to my home when I dropped off my vehicle and offered to pick me up when it was ready. Top notch staff and excellent communication and customer service!! Would highly recommend!

Great place. Had door seal replaced in less than 30 minutes. Reduced wind noise by half.

I have been using Auto-Spec for a couple years now and my experience has always been great from customer service in the front office, Lewis has been excellent in communicating what’s needed and giving reasonable quotes in a timely manner. The mechanic had a hiccup once and when I towed my car back to them, they we very honest and owned up to their mistake and fixed the problem and offered a free oil change on my next visit. I like the fact that they are honest and I can count on them.

Went out of their way to find the problem. They replaced battery under warranty from some other company and handled the exchange. When I picked up car there was no charge. I wouldn't except that. That was truly above and beyond.

Work was done timely and to my satisfaction I thought I paid too much $165 for oil and filter on f250 diesel I asked jose twice to give me estimate on additional work and got no response from him
