Thank you for taking care of my Ford Edge that needed a new battery. Apparently my car has a bad reputation for the way the battery is difficult to remove and replace but modifications made to my Edge for a towing package placed an additional barrier in the way. Your staff was courteous and professional, never indicating frustration or reluctance to fix the problem. Everything was done and worked right after finished and returned to me.
