Jose’ was so kind. Mercedes in Georgetown gave me a quote of $3,500 for recommendations that needed done to my 2009 Mercedes ML 350. I took it to Auto Spec in Georgetown on Lakewood, showed them the recommendation list from Mercedes Benz and Jose’ said, we’ll do a 30-point check and look at everything. He called and to my surprise, he said his guys could not find a thing wrong with the car. He said it was in perfect condition for a car of its age. He could have charged me for things on the list and I would have paid it, but he chose honesty instead, I will continue to be a loyal customer because of his integrity.

My first experience was bad and good. The lugs on the front driver side were not hand tighten after rotating the tires. About five miles down the road the car began to shimmy, make a noise, and feel like a flat tire. The good is that, after verifying no flat tire, I immediately drove back to Auto-Spec and they finished the job without making an excuse, but accepting the responsibility and blame.

However, we're glad you returned to us and we rectified the situation promptly. Please know that this is not reflective of our usual service standards. Walked in for an annual inspection and received service right away. I was only there for 20-30 minutes total. Friendly service and will definitely be on the top of my list when my car needs service.

Great. Great. Staff! My car was making vibrating noises as I’d come to a stop. While i can DO a repair. I can’t always diagnose the problem. I took my car in and they did a courtesy inspection and let me know exactly what was wrong and what I needed to do to fix it! When I have a repair that I CANT do, I will definitely be heading their direction!
