When it comes to car/truck repair, everyone wants “honesty” and “fairness” from the repair shop. Vehicles have become so complex, it can be difficult to know if you’re getting those things. I can say for sure you get them here. Figuring out what was wrong with my truck was difficult, and they could easily have played whack-a-mole replacing part after part until the problem was resolved and running the cost up. Didn’t happen. They did everything to keep costs down. I got multiple updates daily. I will definitely be returning customer. Also, if you’re a veteran, you get a discount.

I have had my car here twice. Both times Jose was there to welcome me. He clearly explained what was necessary for the safety of my car and printed out a cost sheet. He was friendly, professional, snd easy to understand. Because I had such a wonderful experience my first time I brought my car back a second time to get the breaks replaced. Again Jose examplified excellence in service. The technician that worked on my car both times, Isaac, was also excellent. I am not knowledgeable about cars, but I am knowledgeable with customer service. This was customer service above and beyond. They even picked me up and returned me home when necessary. It's a friendly, caring place. If you are looking for a place to have your car repaired for a fair price, by people who truly care about you and your car, then try Auto Spec. A++++ all the way.
