I have been a customer for almost 20 years. The Service Writers are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to talk any issue through with a customer with the goal that the customer understands the issue, their options, and a plan of action. They do not try to confuse the customer with jargon. They treat all customers fairly and with honesty. Some repair shops try to take advantage of women in the assumption that women dont know mechanical issues and may be guile. Auto Spec never does this. The shop stands behind their work and will make any issue right. My extended family has confidently recommended this shop to others for about 25 years.

Simply top notch, I was referred to auto-spec by a good friend. I was told to look for Mike, he greeted me when walking in, I explained my experience at the dealership. He put me at ease assuring me his guys will pin point the problem and fix it without having to do all the dealership wanted to do and charge me. They tested, diagnosed and got my car back in 3 days $3,300 less than what the dealership wanted to charge me. Thank you Mike and automotive specialists, I will be taking my cars to them!!

This was my 28 NATC national Ive attended. The Texas national competition was marred a bit with fowl weather and mud but the organizers did an excellent job to adjust the sections to conditions to the point of producing one of the most enjoyable events Ive competed in. The loop was excellent, the sections were all challenging, and all the staff was super positive and with a wonderful attitude. Great job Texas!!!
