Consider this a glowing review. My wife and I have been taking our cars to Auto-Spec for almost five years, and they've always done stellar work at reasonable prices. Their communication style is professional, prompt, and transparent. They've even gone above and beyond and helped me out with small issues for no charge a couple of times (even though I offered to pay). If you want peace-of-mind when something needs fixing, definitely choose Auto-Spec Round Rock.

Very professional and reliable. They tell you what they will do and what it will cost. I have one of the earliest Miatas and they seem to have expertise on how to fix it.

Wow really impressed here. Came here after another different shop told me that my problem on my Toyota was too complex. This shop just said "yes" and got it done, for a very reasonable price. Now, 15,000 miles later it's still good as new. Thanks much guys.

I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Spec. I have never been disappointed on any of the times that they have repaired my vehicles. But the greatest of these guys is the honesty, It is so valuable for a consumer to feel and know that they're telling them the truth period. Sometimes for some reasons I've taken my vehicles to other mechanics on Saturday because Auto-Spec does not open on Saturday it is so valuable for a consumer feel I know that they're telling them the truth.. Sometimes for emergency I've taken my vehicles to other mechanics on Saturday because Auto Spec does not open on Saturdays and I realized the level of dishonesty on some of these other guys I have gone to, I will not name them but they are out there and they are many. I do not write many reviews but these guys deserve it.

John, Ray and their crew are so honest and thorough! They go above and beyond to explain how issues can be connected and how to avoid problems in the future. I trust them 100% with my safety and care of my Lexus. And not to mention the prices are very fair and competitive! I won't bring my car anywhere else. Thanks guys!!

I have been going to Automotive Specialists since we moved here 11 years ago and have been very happy. John and his team are honest and have never tried to run up a bill. In fact, there are times I have had a small issue fixed and was not even given a bill. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs good fast service.
