I had a great recent experience here that I thought was worth sharing. Automotive Specialist is very well known with the local Miata club and I brought my car there for installation and setup of new coilovers, wheels, and tires. Mike was super friendly and patient and helped me get the work quoted and scheduled. All the labor quoted was in-line with my expectations and very reasonable. The day the work finished, I pulled up to the shop in the rain, and my car was out front looking fantastic, but the first thing Mike did was take me over to show me where they had accidentally scratched one of the new wheels. It was minor, and I would not have even noticed until much later (especially in the rain), but Mike was very upfront and insisted that he would pay to buy a replacement wheel and have it put on the car as soon as it came in. I came back a week later with the wheel and a receipt - they were not only good on their word, but I even offered to let them off the hook and pay for the wheel myself, but Mike was insistent and could tell that it would have bothered me otherwise. As for the actual work, Eric did an awesome job, setup the car exactly like I had asked, and I could not be happier with the result! I will be bringing all my cars here from now on.
