I loved how thorough the shop was. I brought it in for my original concern (which they diagnosed) but mentioned some other issues. They told me it was not urgent to address the other issues but that they are coming up soon. I appreciated that they didn't tell me I had to fix everything immediately. Mike, at the desk, is amazing. Super friendly and awesome! I recommended the shop to my neighbor (who also had a great experience) and highly recommend it to everyone else.

So glad I found Auto-Spec! I recently bought a car and wanted to get a Pre Purchase Inspection. I was under the wire and Jose fit me in to his schedule. The team uncovered multiple issues and provided a clear understanding of why I should NOT purchase this car. Money well spent and disaster avoided! All around amazing experience between the scheduling, courtesy shuttle, and detailed report. I'll certainly be working with Auto-Spec going forward.

Put our car on their lift to check for damage after we ran over a piece fo junk in the road. Some damage to the wheel well liner but otherwise Ok. It was a no charge courtesy to a regular customer, that's why we are a regular customer.
